We're proud to incorporate flavours from each region of Mexican across our dishes, sourcing the freshest ingredients we possibly can for your plate.
All of our salsas are made fresh in the kitchen every day, using healthy ingredients like avocados, tomatoes, coriander, onion, partnered with our signature seasonings for the perfect balance of flavours. They're the perfect topping to any dish.
On the grill, our chefs prepare tender, slow-cooked meats and fillings, sizzling fajitas, tacos and more to order, so that every bite is a real (fresh) flavour fiesta!

We're making changes
We care about the planet, which is why we continuously work on reducing our impact on the environment. We only use renewable energy in all of our restaurants and have cut out almost all plastic from our takeaway packaging too. When it comes to responsible sourcing, all our steaks are locally sourced from Irish Farmed Beef and reared to Bord Bia welfare standards, which means farmers are given measures to improve the sustainability performance of their farm.
